At various heights, openings are arranged within the wall contour. From the inside, the staircase passes through these openings to the exterior, and the landings become balconies. These picturesque viewpoints reveal the landscape from different elevations while simultaneously providing natural light to the tower’s interior. The ascent along the staircase becomes not merely a functional movement, but a sequence of spatial impressions and an emotional experience.
In the entrance area, within the elongated horizontal volume of the ground floor, there is a small café. This space, together with the terrace located above it on the second level, is intended for events and public activities.
The primary color of the tower is sandy gray. This palette visually connects it with the pier, the beach, and the distant rocks. Metal railings of the staircase are visible within the openings, reflecting the light of the sky and creating a subtle play of reflections. The key material is monolithic concrete, ensuring the structure’s resistance to the aggressive marine environment.
