This architectural object is a staircase: a contemplative path that rises amidst the sky and the sea. It organically extends from the pier, following its flowing, curved outline. The staircase ascends to a height of 5.7 meters, with an additional bypass gallery positioned at 3 meters. The entire gently sloping route doubles as a scenic observation deck.

At the top, a table offers a setting for tea gatherings and ceremonial meals under the open sky, with panoramic views of the sea. A second, more private table is tucked away on a cantilevered cylindrical balcony.

The structure’s elongated, sculptural form follows the pier’s curve and ends in a narrow glass panel. Behind it, a light fixture evokes the image of a forward-facing beacon.
