On the site of former structures, currently an underutilized area devoid of greenery, a streamlined industrial complex will emerge alongside the preserved warehouse. The complex consists of two single-story buildings with mezzanine levels, accommodating production, storage, and administrative functions.
The architecture of the new buildings is defined by the contrast between their solid forms and expressive silhouettes. Simple rectangular forms are crowned with skylights framed in aluminum and glass, filling the mezzanines with natural light while lending the façades a sense of lightness and character.
The site layout is designed for both efficiency and safety: separate vehicle entrances, generous loading zones, and circular traffic flow ensure smooth operation. Access is controlled via a checkpoint at the main entrance, while loading and unloading areas along the buildings’ perimeters optimize internal circulation and minimize intersections of transport routes.
The mezzanines function as independent levels, housing offices and auxiliary spaces. The complex is fully equipped to handle cargo up to 16 tons and vehicles up to 11 meters in length, seamlessly integrating operational requirements with architectural clarity.
