The project includes the main hotel building, three detached guest houses, staff accommodation, and future townhouse-style apartments. The primary architectural objective is to frame views of the lake and forest while ensuring guests’ privacy.
The main building consists of two stories with an underground technical level and is positioned in the northeastern part of the site. Fourteen of the eighteen rooms face the water. The second-floor corridor is designed so that even the walk to the room is filled with natural light and landscape views. The ground floor accommodates a restaurant with a bar and a spa complex featuring a pool and private sauna rooms.
Tucked into the wooded part of the site, three single-story guest houses are nestled among the trees. Each is a compact, self-contained unit with a kitchen-living room, a bedroom, and a private terrace. Pathways are carefully arranged to ensure complete seclusion for guests.
On the elevation, oriented to the street, secondary rooms are located. The elevation, oriented to the backyard, is symmetrical. There is a shared space of the living room, dining room, and kitchen in the center of the composition. This is the heart of the home. On one side of it is the master bedroom with an office, and on the other — the children’s and guest bedrooms. These spaces offer views of the garden and the surrounding forest.
